Scandinavian Highball
This non-alcoholic highball cocktail is based on the spirit Pine Haze. Pair with Scandinavian food like Gravad Lax or raw fish. Tip? Change sparkling water to regular tonic water and build a refreshing Gin & Tonic. 



  • Bôtan Pine Haze  25ml
  • Sparkling water* 100ml
  • Lime juice 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon verbena or mint  3 leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes for serving


  1. Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add Bôtan, top with sparkling water and lime juice.
  3. Stir 3 times.
  4. Garnish with verbena or mint leaves
