Pine Haze Highball

Wanna taste a cocktail with a more spiky flavor? Grab your bottle of Bôtan Pine Haze and let's start. This spirit's flavour of pine, fennel blossoms and citrus herbs combines perfectly with the spiciness that a Ginger Ale brings. You finish the cocktail with citrus notes for a perfect balance.


Ingredients

  • Bôtan Pine Haze → 30ml
  • Ginger Ale → 100ml
  • Yuzu juice or Lime juice → 5ml
  • Flower → 1 flower for garnish
  • Ice cubes → for serving


    How to make it

    1. Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
    2. Add Bôtan, top with Ginger Ale and add yuzu or lime juice. 
    3. Stir 3 times.
    4. Garnish with flower.
