This harvest season, our focus is on Shiso and Huacatay - two distinctive herbs that bring bold, complex layers to our alcohol-free creations. Shiso, with its refreshing profile, and Huacatay, also known as Peruvian mint, with its aromatic, citrusy depth, are essential in shaping the taste of our botanical blends.
Freshness Within 24 Hours
Once harvested, the clock starts ticking. To preserve their full aromatic potential, each herb is distilled within 24 hours of picking - and always distilled separately. This approach allows us to capture the purest essence of every plant before carefully blending them into our recipes.
