A sparkling spritzer built on the tension between citrus brightness and the warmth of ginger root, it steadies the senses the way a deep inhale steadies the mind.

Nothing is rushed. Everything arrives exactly when it should.

AROMATIC PROFILE

The nose lifts immediately. Fresh citrus peel, a whisper of ginger catching light.

On the palate, yuzu draws a clean, taut line of acidity, softened by the gentle roundness of mandarin. Lemon balm lingers in the background.

The finish is fleeting warmth, allspice fading like the last heat of an autumn afternoon.

THE CREATION

Ginzu began as a study in tension. The interplay between sharp and soft, cold and warm.

The yuzu and ginger meet only in the final composition, preserving the integrity of each within the whole.

THE PERFECT PAIRING

Pour 125 ml into a generous white wine glass over clear ice.

Garnish with a single slice of blood orange. Its colour deepens the ritual, its oil releases a faint perfume.

Serve well-chilled. Present the bottle at the table, label facing the guest. Let the liquid speak first.

GENERAL SUGGESTION

Perfect as an apéritif.

Its saline undertow and citrus architecture make it a natural companion for oysters on crushed ice, a plate of raw langoustine, or the clean geometry of sushi.
