Exhibit IV is smoke and earth made liquid. Our most full-bodied red cuvée, defined by the distillation of smoked cherry wood.

Hearty, grounded, and direct. It carries the warmth of a fire, the darkness of good soil, and the confidence of something that has been given enough time. The colour is a deep ruby red, almost opaque.

The Perfect Serve

Pour 125 ml into a generous red wine glass, one with room to breathe.

Serve at cellar temperature: cool, to the touch. No ice.

Swirl the glass once and wait. The smokiness will rise first, followed by the fruit, followed by the earth.

Give each layer its moment.

Food Pairing

Exhibit IV demands robust company.

Grilled vegetables with char marks, forest mushrooms sautéed in brown butter, truffle in any form.

It is magnificent beside barbecued meats: a thick-cut ribeye, slow-smoked brisket, or a whole grilled oily fish like mackerel or sardines.

The smoke in the glass and the smoke on the plate meet naturally, and the meal feels elemental.
