Bôtan Hanami brings an ode to the flavour of Shiso. The blend combines the flowers of exclusive citrus fruits as Japanese mandarins and limes with exclusive and high-end Japanese shiso from our fields. The pure botanical blend has both floral and bittersweet flavour notes with a tingly finish.

THE PERFECT PAIRING

Nose: Welcoming etheric oils of orange fruits and mandarins, supported by floral and tingly sansho pepper and shiso

Palette: Japanese mandarine first, followed by the clean flavour of distilled citrus fruits, lengthened by subtle sweet citrus blossoms.

Finish: A long bittersweet aftertaste with notes of lime zest and floral & slightly smoked sansho pepper.
