Pine Haze Highball
INGREDIENTS
- Bôtan Pine Haze → 30ml
- Ginger Ale → 100ml
- Yuzu juice or Lime juice → 5ml
- Flower → 1 flower for garnish
- Ice cubes → for serving
METHOD
- Fill the entire glass with ice cubes.
- Add Bôtan, top with Ginger Ale and add yuzu or lime juice.
- Stir 3 times.
- Garnish with flower.
