Signature Blend Martini

A more floral, citrusy and sweet version of a Martini based upon our Bôtan Signature Blend. This spirit combines three varieties of roses as damask rose, raw and roasted cacao and lime herbs. 

Ingredients

• Bôtan Signature Blend → 35ml
• Still water → 25ml
• Verjus or Lime juice → 10ml
• Sugar water [1:2]* → 10ml
• Yuzu juice → 5 drops
• Citrus African flower (optional) → 1 flower for garnish
• Ice cubes → for stirring

How to make it

1. Fill a cocktail shaker** with ice.
2. Add all ingredients (except the garnish) to the cocktail shaker.
3. Stir for 10 seconds or till the ice cubes are slightly diluted.
4. Pour out through a strainer into a chilled glass.
5. Garnish with flower

*Make your own sugar water. Combine 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 cups of filtered water in a pot. Bring to boiling and simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Allow cooking before storing in the refrigerator.

**If you don't have a cocktail shaker, use an empty jam jar.
